Annan to speak on Nigeria's 2015 Election.

Former Secretary of the United Nation (UN) Kofi Annan is among eminent personalities scheduled to advise Nigerian political actors on how to ensure a transparent -free and fair election in the feb.14 general elections next month.
The former-UN Secretary-General will speak at a forum being put together by a group of Civil Society Organisations  in an effort to ensure  the conduct free and fair elections in Nigeria. Koffi Anan  will use the platform to share his insights on the role of civil society in ensuring electoral integrity, on Teusday.
All eyes on Nigeria amid fears 2015 election could trigger rampage.
The main opposition political party is threatening to win at all costs and threatening to form a parrallel government if they loose the elections.
According to the party's spokesperson :“However, as a party, we wish to reiterate that we will not hesitate to consider forming a parallel government, if the 2015 elections are rigged either by use of security agencies (police and military) to harass, intimidate and cajole voters or through the use of a compromised Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
