Boko Haram is not defeated, they're home grown.

I rejoice with the government as they announce the defeat of this dangerous extremist group who have brought untold hardship to our citizens.

The government has finally driven them out of their last stronghold- Sambisa Forest.. The Boko-Haram fighters are now on the run with no where to hide. But these are home-grown extremist group. Congratulations to our government.

The questions i predict that will be of interest in the future is : Have we defeated the ideologies that founded Boko-Haram?

Who are Boko-Haram? Who are the losers and gainers? What lessons have we learned from this war? What plans do we have for their future?

We must seek to give more weight to reasons of the heart. The happiness we enjoy or the misery we suffer on earth does not depend on what we know or do not know but weather we love and whether we are loved"- Richard Chatres; Bishop of London.

No doubt this was a group founded on ugly ideologies and illusions.
Until we defeat the ideologies that founded Boko-Haram; we will not claim that the war is over.

"The best lack all conviction while the worst are full of passion and intensity"- William Butler.

I totally agree with this author, the world is being brought to its knees by those who do not have any care or concerns for us as individuals. It is about collective consciousness.

According to Pope Francis; the world is at war because it has lost peace not war between religions because religions seek peace but war for the domination of peoples lives
